No quote gets written off a phone call. We see the site, the access and what is actually there.
Broken into stages with a price against each one, so you can see what you are paying for and what you could leave out.
Each stage is signed off as it finishes, and the site diary records the delays, the weather and every instruction.
Invoices follow the stages that are finished. No surprise account at the end, and no paying for work that has not happened.
